SAFETY

Orixon maintains a ‘zero-harm’ policy across our worksites and workplaces where everybody comes home safe, every day. We are meticulous in adherences to WHS and OHS regulations and protocols. All staff are rigorously trained in in HSEQ workflows and apply this to their day-to-day activities. Clients can be confident that their property and personnel are in safe hands.​

RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN (RAP)

Orixon takes reconciliation seriously. In the pursuit of ‘Closing the Gap’ we have initiated the process of codifying a Reconciliation Action Plan framework for how we eliminate discrimination and disadvantage, while educating our workforce on indigenous culture.​

Reducing our Carbon Footprint is a high priority of ours and we endeavour to minimise waste, source responsibility, recycle and up-cycle as much as we can. With the construction industry being a major creator of landfill and emissions, we seek to play our part in reducing our impact on the environment.

LOCALLY SOURCED

Sure, imports are generally cheaper, but Australian Made products are often better, last longer and are of higher quality - and a lot of the time they're competitively priced as well. 

​

As a rule, whenever possible, we will use local, Australian Made products and support local Western Australian subcontractors and suppliers.  We believe in the great people of this state and seek to support local businesses and jobs.
