UWA City Beach Water Polo Club
For almost 20 years, Orixon has been a proud supporter of Water Polo in Western Australia. Through our close administrative, promotional, and fundraising ties with UWA Water Polo, we have worked to grow the sport, encourage wider community participation, and provide opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities.
Our involvement reflects more than a passion for the game — it is about championing the social connections, mental health benefits, and fitness outcomes that come from being part of a team sport. By helping to build strong foundations for the code at both grassroots and elite levels, Orixon continues to advocate for the lasting value that sport brings to individuals and to the broader community.
MATES IN CONSTRUCTION
Construction workers are eight times more likely to die by suicide than from an accident on the job, highlighting a critical and often overlooked challenge within the industry. Recognising this, Orixon actively supports MATES in Construction, providing financial backing and promoting their vital mental health and suicide prevention services to all personnel and across the wider construction community.
Our commitment extends beyond funding; we prioritise raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and ensuring that every team member knows where to find support when it’s needed. By championing initiatives like MATES in Construction, Orixon aims to foster a safer, more supportive industry culture where mental health is taken as seriously as physical safety, and every worker feels valued and cared for.
RSL WA
Orixon Construction is proud to support RSL WA and the veteran community, recognising the invaluable contributions and sacrifices made by those who have served our nation. Through ongoing support of WA veterans and donations to RSL WA, we contribute to programs and initiatives that provide care, advocacy, and wellbeing support for veterans and their families across Western Australia.
Our commitment extends to raising awareness of veterans’ issues within the broader community and encouraging participation in commemorative and wellbeing-focused activities. AUSTRALIA RED CROSS
Australia’s blood reserves are perilously low, with 2024 marking the lowest levels on record. In response to this critical need, Orixon actively participates in the Red Cross’ blood donation drives, encouraging our team members to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible difference in the lives of patients and communities across the country.
We see blood donation not just as a charitable act, but as a vital contribution to public health — helping to save lives, support hospitals, and ensure that essential medical treatments can continue uninterrupted. WORLD VISION
Orixon proudly supports World Vision’s Sponsor a Child initiative, helping to provide essential educational and medical resources to disadvantaged children living in poverty around the world.
